Shapermint’s product pages—both PLP (Product Listing Pages) and PDP (Product Detail Pages)—were driving traffic but not converting at the levels needed to support aggressive revenue goals.

1. Global Benchmarking:

We built a systematic framework to explore the highest-performing e-commerce platforms in the U.S.—an environment where the standards for online retail excellence are some of the strictest in the world.

This continuous benchmarking allowed us to extract best practices from leaders in online shopping flows—not random trends, but proven patterns that maximize user trust and conversion.

2. Component System Based on Evidence:

Using insights from benchmarked leaders and Shapermint’s own analytics, we designed and tested modular UI components that:

• Reduced cognitive friction in browsing and purchase decisions
