Project Objective
To design a single, scalable digital platform that empowers Belcorp’s independent consultants to sell more efficiently—reducing time spent on management tasks while increasing sales performance, average ticket size, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge across all markets.
Project Scope
UX strategy and product design for a multi-brand platform serving close to one million independent consultants across 14 countries, covering sales enablement, content creation, order management, social selling support, and end-to-end commercial workflows.
Project Execution
Belcorp is one of the largest direct-selling groups in Latin America, operating across 14 countries and managing a network of nearly one million independent consultants. These consultants are the core of the business—entrepreneurs who sell, promote, and manage products daily using a fragmented ecosystem of external tools, social platforms, and manual processes.
The challenge was not simply digitalization. It was scale.
The goal was to create a unified platform capable of supporting consultants from three different brands, each with its own products, logic, and commercial dynamics—while remaining intuitive, fast, and accessible for users with very different levels of digital maturity.
TEEM’s role was strategic and foundational. We conducted a large-scale research effort grounded in Belcorp’s internal data, operational insights, and real behavioral patterns from consultants across multiple countries. This research uncovered critical friction points in how consultants managed their time, created promotional content, placed orders, followed up with customers, and tracked their own performance.
These findings directly informed the definition of high-impact features designed to improve:
• Daily sales efficiency
• Time spent managing orders and customers
• Average order value
• Customer satisfaction and repeat purchases
• Product knowledge and confidence of consultants
Rather than designing isolated features, the platform was conceived as a commercial operating system for the consultant—one that simplifies complexity, centralizes workflows, and actively supports better selling decisions.
Every design decision balanced usability with business outcomes, ensuring the platform could scale across countries, brands, and cultures without breaking consistency or performance.
