Project Objective
To design and optimize end-to-end digital experiences that strengthen user adoption, improve conversion across financial flows, and directly impact business performance—applying Commercial UX principles to connect premium user experience with measurable revenue and growth outcomes.
Project Scope
UX/UI design for mobile and web, focused on the mobile app, credit card portal, key financial flows, and the launch of the Digital Card, aligning design decisions with commercial goals.
Project Execution
Concept
The execution began with a clear premise: premium experience only creates value when it drives business results. At El Palacio de Hierro, UX was not treated as a visual layer, but as a strategic lever to connect user needs, brand standards, and commercial performance across digital channels.
Vision
Our vision was to build digital experiences capable of scaling without losing clarity—experiences that felt premium, intuitive, and financially effective. The goal was not only to design interfaces, but to shape a shared understanding of UX at enterprise scale, aligning design, technology, and business teams around measurable outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
As the most experienced UX/UI partner in the ecosystem, TEEM played an active leadership role—guiding teams, reviewing designs, and helping internal stakeholders adopt large-scale UX practices. Beyond delivery, the work involved teaching, aligning, and elevating design thinking, ensuring that UX decisions were understood, defended, and embraced across the organization.
Design in Action
Execution covered the creation and evolution of critical mobile and web flows, including financial products, communication touchpoints, and account management experiences. Each flow was designed to reduce friction, increase adoption, and support revenue-driven KPIs. Close collaboration with business teams ensured that every design decision could be clearly tied to commercial impact.
Outcome
The result was a cohesive digital ecosystem where user experience and business performance moved together. By applying Commercial UX end to end, the project delivered premium experiences that were not only usable and elegant—but strategically aligned, scalable, and profitable.
