5. AI Services and Disclaimers
Our Services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including third-party models (e.g., OpenAI), to generate text, images, and code. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
Accuracy: AI systems may produce inaccurate, repetitive, or nonsensical output ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any content generated by the Services before using or publishing it.
No Professional Advice: The AI Chatbot is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
Ownership: You retain ownership of the input you provide, and users generally own the output generated for them, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: TEEM LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our software, logos, and trademarks.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the data, files, and content you upload or transmit through the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Services.

You acknowledge that we may share necessary data ensuring the functionality of the integration (e.g., sending message content to OpenAI for processing).
8. Fees and Payments
Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee.
Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or usage in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee becomes payable.
Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Notice will be provided before any price increase affects your existing subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TEEM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
In no event shall TEEM LLC's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
