TEEM is fiscally established in the United States. From there, we operate globally and work with clients across different regions and markets. Our payments are processed through Stripe, which allows us to serve companies worldwide, accept multiple currencies, and support most major international credit and debit cards without friction.
Yes. TEEM works with companies globally. Our founder is based in Mexico, and we regularly collaborate with international teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure cultural understanding, business alignment, and precise execution across markets.
Our process is collaborative, but efficient. We work closely with founders and product leaders during key decision points, while shielding them from unnecessary operational overhead. You’re involved where decisions matter—strategy, priorities, and direction—without being pulled into day-to-day execution noise.
Timelines depend on scope and complexity, but a common structure is: • Design phase: approximately 3–4 weeks • Development phase: approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on product size and technical requirements We prioritize clarity and correctness over rushing deliverables that don’t hold up at scale.
TEEM brings experience that has already been proven in the real world. Over the last 15+ years, our work has helped mid-size and large companies across multiple industries build products that collectively support billions of dollars in revenue, through interfaces that are usable, intuitive, and deeply user-centered. We don’t experiment with funded products. We operate with confidence, using patterns, decisions, and frameworks that have been applied successfully many times before.
Yes. We provide consulting, mentorship, and workshops for established design teams. Our CXO personally leads these engagements, which can take the form of: • Ongoing mentorship over longer periods, or • Focused design and UX strategy workshops, depending on your needs The goal is to elevate decision-making, not replace your team.
Absolutely. We typically begin with market and user research to understand your competitive landscape and user behavior. From there, we identify opportunities, friction points, and areas of improvement, and redesign with a focus on usability, consistency, and long-term product quality—without disrupting what already works.
n some cases, yes—but not without proper refinement. Before developing a design we did not originally create, we conduct market and user studies to ensure the design will perform effectively in its target context. Based on these findings, we make the necessary design adjustments and only then proceed to development. We do not directly develop designs we haven’t reviewed or refined, as our responsibility is to ensure the product’s success—not just execute code.
